Architecture Studies in Italy: Fully Funded Scholarship Success

I’m Mehreen Ali, an architecture student from Karachi. After completing my Bachelor’s in Architecture from NED University, I wanted to pursue a Master’s in Sustainable Architecture. Italy, with its rich architectural heritage and excellent design schools, was my dream destination.

I applied to Politecnico di Milano for their Master’s in Architecture and Urban Design program and applied for the EDISU (Ente Regionale per il Diritto allo Studio Universitario) scholarship, which is a regional need-based scholarship.

I arrived in Milan in September 2022. Politecnico di Milano is world-renowned for architecture and design, and the program is exceptional. I’m learning from leading architects and getting exposure to European design philosophies, sustainable practices, and urban planning concepts. The university has excellent workshops, studios, and libraries.

Milan is a beautiful city with rich history and culture. The cost of living is reasonable, especially with the scholarship stipend. I’ve made friends from around the world and am enjoying the Italian lifestyle. The education quality is outstanding, and I’m gaining valuable skills and knowledge.

After graduation, I can apply for a job search visa and potentially stay in Italy or move to other EU countries. The Italian degree is highly respected internationally, and I’ll have excellent career prospects. Studying in Italy has been a dream come true, and I’m grateful to Global Consultants for making it possible.
